JACR sponsors development ‘hackathon’ during ACR 2016
Let’s make an app! The Journal of the American College of Radiology (JACR) is hosting its very first “hackathon” next month at the ACR 2016 annual meeting in Washington, D.C.
Hackathons are app development events that take place over a brief period of time. At the JACR hackathon, patient advocates, physicians, and developers will break into teams and work towards creating a brand new app to address the world’s need for improved access to patient information.
The hackathon is a two-day event, beginning on Saturday, May 14, and wrapping up the following day.
More details about the hackathon, including the full schedule and registration information, are available on the JACR’s blog.
Registration information for ACR 2016 is available here.
