Charlotte Radiology to implement Ikonopedia software suite
Ikonopedia announced this week that its suite of breast imaging software is scheduled to be fully implemented by Charlotte Radiology.
The suite includes Ikonopedia’s report generation tools, which cover numerous modalities, and its Automated Breast Information System, which is used to manage communication with patients.
"At Charlotte Radiology, we are proud of our ability to offer some of the most advanced breast imaging capabilities in the country and the fact that we deliver high quality care in a productive environment,” Matthew Gromet, MD, Charlotte Radiology chief of mammography, said in a statement.
“We are pleased to partner with Charlotte Radiology to help optimize efficiency and patient safety as we look at the breast imaging process with a 360 degree lens,” Emily Crane, Ikonopedia CEO, said in the same statement.
Charlotte Radiology owns and operates 14 breast centers, works in 18 hospitals, and offers its mobile mammography services in 13 states.
