The Radiology Business Forty Under 40 celebrates the nation's most accomplished radiology professionals under the age of 40 (as of January 1, 2027). This prestigious recognition honors individuals making the greatest impact across our industry - leaders from hospitals and health systems, imaging centers and practices, technology companies, insurers, government agencies, patient advocacy groups, and beyond.

Honorees are evaluated on actions taken over the past year to advance clinical, operational, financial and outcomes goals, as well as their contributions to broader industry innovation and change. Leaders from every corner of healthcare - including providers, academia, associations, medical device companies, investment firms, vendors, supplier organizations, and patients' advocacy groups - are eligible.

A Prestigious Recognition

The Class of 2026 honorees will be notified in mid-November and their achievements featured on Radiology Business then as well. Their stories will inspire peers and future leaders shaping the next generation of radiology. To celebrate their accomplishment, they also will be invited to a reception on Mon. Nov. 30th on the RSNA show floor.

How to Nominate

• Nominations must be completed in full; incomplete submissions will not be considered.
• Multiple nominations for the same individual will not influence the outcome.
• Nominees must be under 40 as of January 1, 2027.
• Achievements must be presented without attribution to specific products, services, vendors, or consulting firms.
