Whole-body MRI startup Prenuvo partners with concierge emergency care provider catering to the wealthy
Cindy Crawford-backed whole-body MRI startup Prenuvo is teaming with a concierge urgent care provider to help bridge gaps in the healthcare system, the two announced Tuesday.
The partnership will offer Prenuvo users access to Sollis Health’s “state of the art” healthcare centers in New York City, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and South Florida.
Those involved said the “first of its kind” care model will help patients more easily seek out treatment, if their elective, $2,500 MRI scans surface concerns.
“By integrating Sollis' expertise in care coordination and world-class urgent and emergency care with Prenuvo's cutting-edge diagnostics, we're not just setting a new standard—we're filling a critical gap in the care continuum,” Brad Olson, CEO of New York-based Sollis Health, said in a March 12 announcement.
Sollis Health offers basic membership plans starting at $290 per month for basic users and $830 for its “select” option. The business operates private emergency rooms, allowing customers to bypass hospitals to receive around-the-clock care from physicians. Business Insider profiled the company in 2019.
Each new Sollis Health membership will now include prompt access to appointments for Prenuvo MRI exams. Members will also have continuous support following imaging via coordination with the Sollis Health team and its primary care docs.
“This integrated approach offers continuous support—a rarity not only in acute care, but for anyone looking for handheld attention through any health issue,” the companies said in their announcement.
Founded in 2018, Prenuvo has raised more than $70 million from venture capital firms, celebrities and other investors. The company currently has locations open across New York, Redwood City, Calif., Los Angeles, Dallas, Boca Raton, Fla., Chicago, Bethesda, Md., Vancouver and Minneapolis with more slated to open in the future.
