Industry aims to boost awareness for breast cancer screening in October

The leaves are changing, pumpkin spice lattes are everywhere and the world has gone pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month. Welcome back, October. 

The reminders for women to undergo screening and self-exams are more widespread than everand for good reason. Screening is still hovering around 75 percent of American women, behind targets set by the Healthy People 2020 Program
