Scott Hazelbaker, CRA, MS, of Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Ala., gave a presentation at RBMA PaRADigm 2017 in Chicago about leadership in this modern era of value-based care. He also spoke with us at the conference, sharing his thoughts on a variety of topics.

Hazelbaker addressed the importance of working in “a positive working environment” and how leaders must hire employees who they believe will have good chemistry with the staff and fit into the company’s culture.
