Oxipit’s autonomous AI chest X-ray analysis software, ChestLink, will now be available through Sectra’s AI marketplace. 

Complaints stemming from such delays prompted officials to look further into the issue, eventually leading them to discover that nearly 200 reports had not been sent to patients’ referring providers. 

Although teleradiology positions are increasing in number, not all employers are keen on offering remote reading capabilities. 

The closed-loop digital platform is equipped with an intelligent scheduling algorithm and a dynamic report dispatching system.

Imaging groups recently conveyed their concerns to Health and Human Services in a letter submitted March 16. 

GE previously noted that the acquisition was a reflection of the company’s “continued commitment to cloud-enabled and AI-powered solutions.” 

The model was trained on guideline-adherent data specific to clinical scenarios that would prompt a provider to order medical imaging. 

An academic medical center struggling to meet CT report turnaround time benchmarks was recently able to improve its overnight efficiency by implementing a framework designed to streamline teleradiology requests.  

There has been some debate among the imaging industry as to whether standardized templates help or hinder workflows, but these latest data suggest they may be especially beneficial for on-call residents.
