SCMR's Annual Scientific Sessions to focus on global cardiovascular MR community
The Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (SCMR) announced the lineup for its upcoming 22nd Annual Scientific Sessions, which has a theme of “Global CMR: Innovation and Clinical Outcomes.”
“Attendees will see new program offerings, including special early career sessions, a Vanguard Session of global CMR and joint sessions with the top cardiovascular societies from around the world,” Allison G. Hays, MD, program committee chair, said in a prepared statement.
Other sessions will focus on cardiac MRI research, international cardiac MRI experiences at high volume centers and the role of machine learning in cardiovascular MRI.
“We will also feature an enhanced program with new offerings, career networking opportunities and more state-of-the-art imaging science that out members have come to expect from SCMR,” Hays said in the same statement.
The 22nd Annual Scientific Sessions will be held on Feb. 6-9, 2019, at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue in Bellevue, Washington. More than 1,300 physicians, scientists and technologists who work in both radiology and cardiology will be in attendance. The full program can be found here.
