Registration now open for RSNA’s 2020 virtual gathering

Registration is now open for the Radiological Society of North America’s 106th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting, set to kick off in late November.

Typically held in Chicago, this marks the first time ever that America’s largest radiology conference will take place exclusively over the web. The Oak Brook, Illinois-based society announced back in May it was canceling the in-person show due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Connecting medical imaging professionals from around the world is more important than ever during this challenging time in healthcare,” President James Borgstede, MD, said in a statement issued Wednesday.

RSNA 2020 is set to run Nov. 29 through Dec. 5, with “Human Insight and Visionary Medicine” this year’s theme. The show will include more than 1,000 scientific and educational presentations while a virtual exhibition hall will replace the massive show floor typically found at McCormick Place.

You can read more about registration process and what to expect in this RSNA announcement, issued July 22.
