As executive director of operations at Raleigh Radiology, she has completely re-engineered our outpatient imaging services, implementing patient-focused innovations rarely seen in smaller independent groups. From self-scheduling and digital image sharing to kiosks and optimized patient-technologist workflows, she has driven operational efficiencies that have led to over 10% growth across our imaging centers.
