As a pioneering force in telehealth implementation within interventional radiology, she has revolutionized patient care delivery at BIDMC by establishing a comprehensive virtual IR clinic. Her work resulted in the first published paper on telehealth clinic implementation in radiology practice in the Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology (2020), setting a precedent for the industry. Her expertise in this arena has earned her recognition as the Department of Radiology's telehealth representative for both Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians and BIDMC, where she's played a crucial role in shaping system-wide telehealth policies and platform decisions.
Dr. Bulman’s clinical excellence spans a broad spectrum of interventional procedures, with particular expertise in iliofemoral venous disease, DVT catheter-directed therapies, and complex IVC filter removal. As co-director of the BIDMC Vascular Lab, she's demonstrated outstanding leadership in clinical operations while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
