Jillian Wright, CEO of Onsite Women’s Health, is an inspiring leader who has made a significant impact on women's health. She was the first female to join Onsite's C-suite and Board and has built a female-led leadership team, promoting several women from within, including mammography technologists to senior operations roles.

Jillian has led the growth of Onsite as a provider of in-office breast health and imaging services that now operates in more 130 locations across 26 states and is set to perform 425,000 screening mammograms in 2024. Her strategic vision has yielded impressive results, with total exams increasing by 15 percent and EBITDA growing by 13 percent over the prior year. Her operational leadership has been transformative, spearheading a comprehensive reorganization of the operations team to align roles and responsibilities more effectively. She also implemented a new operations reporting package with defined metrics and KPIs, ensuring the organization is constantly improving its performance.

Jillian is passionate about operational excellence and patient care. She introduced a best-practices framework for new locations to expedite the path to profitability. The Onsite Hero Program, another initiative under her leadership, celebrates care team members who have played pivotal roles in detecting over 1,100 cancers, with more than 300 team members being individually recognized.
