Katie Warren, MHA, RT(R)(CT)

For Katie Warren, leadership in radiology is more than a career—it is a calling shaped by personal loss and resilience. After losing her best friend to cancer in 2005 and later navigating her own son’s complex medical journey beginning at just 20 months old, Katie committed to transforming patient care through innovation, leadership and compassion. This personal mission fuels her drive to create programs that improve outcomes, expand access and push the boundaries of what radiology can deliver.
In an era marked by the radiologist staffing crisis, Katie has distinguished herself by driving sustainable volume growth and ensuring consistency of care. She has also championed women’s health, developing a Women’s Center of Excellence with contrast-enhanced mammography and advanced breast imaging services—ensuring women receive the highest level of diagnostic care.
Grounded in personal experience, Katie leads with both innovation and empathy, building programs that not only advance medicine but also reflect her unwavering commitment to patients and families.
