RadNet Adds RADAR Communication Tool to Outpatient Centers

RadNet, one of the largest groups of outpatient imaging centers in the U.S., announced this week that it has expanded its technology with RADAR, a communication protocol. The added technology ensures “critical test results get delivered, received and confirmed,” according to a company press release. It includes “automated telephone calls, text messages and emails that remind patients of their upcoming appointments,” the release states. RadNet performs more than 3 million diagnostic scans annually at 206 owned and/or operated outpatient imaging facilities in six states. For more information about the company click here.
