Toshiba America Medical Systems Names New VP of Business Operations

Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc. (TAMS) has named Calum Cunningham vice president, Business Operations. In his new role, Cunningham is responsible for Toshiba's business operations, specifically in maintaining customer satisfaction. "Calum's leadership in business operations will ensure that Toshiba continues to achieve high customer satisfaction, from point of sale and installation to training and customer support," said Don Fowler, president and CEO, Toshiba, in a press release. According to the press release, Cunningham will oversee a range of activities, from national quotes and bids, to market data submissions and reporting. He is also responsible for sales logistics management, including warehouse logistics, customer site planning, installation support, clinical applications and service training.
