“Dr. Salari's work also extends to cover embolization for gastrointestinal bleed or other internal hemorrhages due to trauma or malignancy; as well as interventional oncology including percutaneous tumor ablation as well as transarterial chemoembolization or internal brachytherapy. Additionally, Dr. Salari performs percutaneous vertebroplasty or kyphoplasty, TIPS, complex mesenteric angiograms and various endovascular treatments.”

Continental Who’s Who recognizes thousands of professionals each year in fields such as business, science, healthcare, education, government, law, and engineering. It is available online, as a hardcover publication, and on a CD-ROM. There is also an online Continental Who’s Who forum, allowing those recognized by the publisher to connect and interact with one another.

On its website, Continental Who’s Who says its mission is “to provide an exclusive world-class forum where our members can create social, professional and business relationships.”

Salari is not the only radiologist to be featured by the publication in 2015. Joan C. Wojak, MD, a radiologist at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette, La., was highlighted back in August.
