Neil Huber, MBA
Neil Huber, MBA, has changed the face of MRI education. He saw a need and a gap in the way MRI technologists were being educated and set out to not only help the staffing shortage but allow students to be educated in a way not seen before within MRI education. Neil Huber formed Pulse Radiology Institute where the first cohort started in April 2021. This program offers an associate degree in MRI. What makes this program and institute unique is that all didactic courses are online with dedicated and engaged faculty and the clinical portion is completed in local facilities. This allows students to take part in any city in the U.S. where a clinical site has the ability to take in a student. Neil has a passion for the field of radiology, and particularly, MRI. He has worked for many years to help move the field forward with on-the-go education as well as staying on top of technological advances within MRI. Neil’s passion for the radiology field shines through as he is on various committees about MRI and MRI safety.
Before starting PRI, Neil also founded Pulse Radiology Education, which was the first web-based, advanced MRI, CT, and mammography structured education program for post modality training. Neil also is a co-founder of a Remote diagnostic scanning group.
Neil’s passion for the field of radiology is evident. He has been a creative thinker in educating future technologists as well as addressing the current staffing shortage.
