At Dexios Corporation, she not only managed HR, sales, and marketing but also spearheaded the integration of cutting-edge AI technology into radiology coding, demonstrating her forward-thinking approach and ability to embrace innovation. Her leadership skills were further recognized when she was nominated for Cventer of the Year, a testament to her exceptional performance and impact on the company. 

Ginna serves on the Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA) Publications committee. She has been on the Radiology Business Management Association's (RBMA) Young Professionals committee for three years. She has authored several articles for the organization’s member magazine, RBMA Bulletin, on topics such as ChatGPT, leadership and marketing. 

Ginna’s dedication to continuous learning is evident as she is finishing her MBA, specializing in healthcare leadership. 

She also was instrumental in helping Dexios acquire and manage one of the first installations of true artificial intelligence in radiology coding.
