Radiology is going though a period of disruption with a growing radiologist shortage, decreasing reimbursements and increasing numbers of exams, making workflow efficiency a critical concern.

Owner UnitedHealth had claimed services would be largely restored by late March, but doc groups such as the MGMA claim things are still a mess. 

Munich, Germany-based TVM Capital Life Science led the Series C financing round with additional contributions from Bayern Kapital and existing investors. 

"These survey data show, in stark terms, that practices will close because of this incident," said AMA President Jesse Ehrenfeld, MD.

The change was made to comply with the information blocking rule in the 21st Century Cures Act.
