Charter Radiology Network formed to focus on ACA

Charter Radiology Network has been formed by two Connecticut radiology companies that will work together on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) "triple aim" of improved patient health and satisfaction for a lower cost.

Jefferson Radiology and Advanced Radiology Consultants main focus will be toward increasing quality and decreasing costs. 

HartfordBusiness.com reported that the management services organization is a seperate business entity owned 50 percent by each company. They have not hired any staff, but each company has three representatives serving on the board of directors.
