Siemens Gifts Radiology Society

The Society of Interventional Radiology Foundation announced that it’s Discovery Campaign had received a $200,000 donation from Siemens Medical. The campaign, launched in 2007, seeks to further the growth of minimally invasive medicine, according to a press release. The grant will be used to support grants, research consensus panels, registries, clinical trials and educational programming. The Society of Interventional Radiology is a national organization that includes 4,700 physicians.
