Nurse pleads guilty after forging radiologist’s signature to obtain Adderall

Elisabeth Trumbower, a nurse from Columbia, Missouri, pleaded guilty to illegally obtaining prescription drugs after forging a radiologist’s name and using his DEA registration number to acquire Adderall.

Trumbower used the radiologists prescription pad, DEA number and forged signature 25 different times at 10 different locations, according to a report from KTTN/KGOZ.
