vRad honored as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” in Minnesota

Virtual Radiologic Corporation (vRad) announced this week it has been chosen as one of Minnesota Business magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” in 2016. The radiology physician services and telemedicine company, which was acquired by MEDNAX in 2015, has its headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minn.

"We are proud and honored to be recognized by our own employees and Minnesota Business magazine," Jim Burke, president and CEO of vRad, said in a prepared statement. "This recognition demonstrates our commitment and success in providing an innovative and collaborative workplace that allows vRad to deliver high-quality services to our 2,100+ client facilities and their patients every day. Thank you to our employees and radiologists who enable vRad to innovate and positively impact the practice of radiology."

Minnesota Business will be honoring the 100 chosen companies with a celebration on June 2, and a full list of all the companies will be in the magazine’s June issue.
