Florida rad tech allegedly stole from patient’s purse

A radiology technician from Clermont Radiology in Clermont, Fla., has been accused of stealing money directly from a patient’s purse.

WESH 2 News in Orlando reported that cellphone video taken by the patient showed someone opening up a locker in the facility and reaching right into the purse. The person in that video is allegedly Bradley Wolf, who had worked at Clermont Radiology for five years.

Sgt. Shane Strickland of the Clermont Police Department said the patient’s cellphone video made this arrest possible.

“This could have just been another unsolved case, or perhaps even an unreported case, had she not done that," Strickland said, as reported by WESH.

WESH also reported that all locks at Clermont Radiology have been replaced, and police are contacting past patients to see if anyone else has noticed valuables missing after leaving the facility.
