Meet the 'medical maverick' of Ghana

Dr. Ben Sarkodie practices interventional radiology in Ghana, and his journey has been one full of ups and downs.

Peace Hyde wrote about Sarkodie for Forbes Africa, labeling him a “medical maverick.” The story describes a tragic moment for Sarkodie, when a patient suffered from sudden cardiac arrest and died.

“My biggest pain was that we couldn’t do that much to help save the life of this good friend,” Sarkodie said.
