Venkatraman Lakshminarayan, who served as CFO since 2005 and CEO since 2014, has stepped down to pursue other interests. He is succeeded by Jeff Sorenson, who will lead the company as president. Sorenson joined the company in 2004 and was most recently SVP of sales and marketing.

In addition, the anticipation of the feature-rich iNtuition software release is driving an increase in software maintenance renewals.
