The estate of a 41-year-old Virginia man claimed that radiologist Thomas Zumsteg missed signs of an aortic dissection on CT.

Yue “Emily” Yu, MD, PhD, of Irvine, California, faces four felony counts and more than eight years in prison if convicted. 
 

“Crystal Run has long recognized that the fee-for-service reimbursement model is broken," the practice's CEO said in an email to employees.
