RadNet inks deal to open diagnostic imaging centers in multiple Walmart locations

The two giants in their respective industries plan to debut the first “MammogramNow” clinic Dec. 8 at the supercenter in Milford, Delaware.

The transaction was funded with $5.4 million in cash and $5.6 million in debt financing.
