Phoenix-based OnRad Inc. is acquiring competitor Direct Radiology from Royal Philips for an undisclosed sum, seeking to bolster recruitment and pursue operational efficiencies. 

Caitlin Zulla is taking over the Raleigh, North Carolina-based imaging group’s top post after previously serving as CEO of Optum Health’s East Region.
