Man impersonated breast cancer screening program employee to trick women
A 28-year-old nightclub employee in Singapore has been fined and sentenced to 41 months in prison for impersonating a breast cancer screening service employee to get women to send him nude photos.
The man, Muhammad Rostam Rahim, also tricked women into sending him photos by pretended he represented a modeling agency, according to reporting by Channel NewsAsia. He faced a total of 46 charges for what he did to a total of 30 victims. The offense occurred from October 2015 to February 2018.
Rostam used Facebook and old email accounts to carry out these offenses. He was first charged in December 2017, but kept tricking women even after that.
