Fujifilm scores $10M imaging contract with the US Military
Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corp. has scored a $10 million, four-year imaging contract with the U.S. Military, the company announced Tuesday.
Under terms of the contract, the Lexington, Massachusetts, firm will outfit multiple facilities with its C-arm solution. The system is designed for imaging across multiple diagnostic scenarios and minimally invasive procedures.
This is the second such agreement for Fujifilm, which also inked a four-year C-arm imaging deal with the U.S. Army and Defense Logistics Agency in December 2021.
“Fujifilm is honored yet again to receive a multi-year federal award from the DLA, as it underscores the level of trust military officials place in our advanced technologies to treat our nation’s service men and women,” Lou Cavallaro, senior director of Fujifilm’s Federal Government Business group, said in a statement.
The company is installing its systems across U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines facilities beginning Q1 of 2025. Fujifilm, which is part of the larger Tokyo-based holdings corporation, won the DLA contract through a competitive bidding process.
