Peconic Bay Medical Center names new chief of radiology

Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, N.Y., announced that Thomas F. Mannino, MD, has been appointed its new chief of radiology and associate chief medical officer.

Mannino has been employed at Northwell Health Physician Partners since 1996. In addition, he is an instructor at the Northwell Health Center for Learning and Innovation and a founding board member of the Cold Spring Harbor Education Foundation.

Mannino also currently oversees the Grossman Imaging Center in Manorville, N.Y. Overall, he has 20 years of experience in the radiology industry.

Peconic Bay Medical Center is a part of Northwell Health, one of the largest healthcare providers in New York. It consists of 21 hospitals, more than 400 outpatient practices, and a total of approximately 61,000 employees.
