UC Health, Kroger partner to bring mobile mammography to the Midwest

Kroger’s Little Clinic is partnering with Cincinnati-based health system UC Health to support mobile mammography and promote breast health education, the Cincinnati Business Courier has reported.

The mobile mammography van will travel to a Little Clinic at Kroger grocery store locations in Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and the Dayton area on the second Tuesday of every month, according to the Business Courier. The move is a first for both Kroger and UC Health.

Patients will be able to schedule a 15-minute mammogram on the van, which is equipped with a reception desk, waiting area, private changing rooms and a full staff, while the vehicle is parked outside a local Little Clinic.

Women can schedule an appointment at a participating Kroger location by calling 513-584-PINK (7465). Check out upcoming screening dates here.
