As of Dec. 1, 2015, the Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA) requires physicians to get prior authorization from a third party—National Imaging Associates—for all diagnostic imaging exams. 

Mallinckrodt reports earnings, sales growth in Q1

In its first earnings report of the year, Mallinckrodt saw adjusted earnings of $2.09 per share in the first quarter of 2016, an increase of nearly 17 percent year-over-year. Net sales for the quarter were reported at $915 million, up 20 percent from the previous year.

University of Cincinnati announces new radiology chair
