Nashville Hospital Moves to Integrated PACS

Nashville General Hospital joins a growing number of hospitals nationwide choosing to upgrade their information systems with integrated RIS/PACS platforms. Sectra recently announced the hospital had chosen it as the vendor of choice for a suite of integrated IT solutions said to automate workflow and improve report turnaround time. Hospital officials touted the anticipated ability to easily access reports and images on-line, which will also encourage medical staff training with affiliated schools, according to a press release.
