Merit Medical Systems, a Utah-based manufacturer of disposable medical devices used in imaging, announced its third-quarter earnings this week, including $136.1 million in revenue, which is up from $128.8 million in 2014.

AmSurg makes $7.8 billion proposal to merge with TeamHealth

AmSurg, a Nashville, Tenn.-based operator of ambulatory surgery centers, has announced a $7.8 billion proposal to merge with TeamHealth in a stock-and-cash deal that would result in 50/50 ownership.
