One critical access hospital in North Dakota is treating upward of 20 Canadian patients per month, the CBC reports. 

Michigan Hospital Association Executive Vice President Laura Appel said institutions are prioritizing exams related to medical emergencies. 

About 69% of radiologists surveyed in 2023 said their organization is understaffed, up from 67% the previous year, the two associations reported.
