Sectra, Agfa, Infinitt and other notable radiology vendors among the 2026 Best in KLAS
The 2026 Best in KLAS: Software and Services report was released Wednesday, with several imaging solutions vendors topping the list for their contributions to radiology workflows.
The 2026 report covers categories ranging from healthcare operations to revenue cycle management, payer solutions, security, imaging systems and more. Data contained in the report reflect the experiences of thousands of providers and payer organizations, making the Best in KLAS designation a coveted achievement for healthcare vendors.
“Technology done right doesn’t replace people; it benefits them,” Adam Gale, CEO and cofounder of KLAS Research, said in a news release Feb. 4. “It helps clinicians and staff bring more of themselves to the moments that matter most. This year’s Best in KLAS report celebrates the software vendors and services firms that exemplify this spirit and offer solutions that not only improve efficiency but also strengthen human connection.”
Multiple radiology vendors are showcased in this year’s report, highlighting users’ satisfaction and trust in specific products to help meet the rising demand for imaging. Sectra, Infinitt, Agfa, Merge by Merative and Microsoft PowerShare are among the radiology vendors recognized in 2026.
Here are some of the highlights in the radiology category:
Sectra ranked the highest among PACS products handling 300,000 or more studies per year. This is the 13th year in a row the company has earned this award.
Agfa HealthCare was awarded Best in KLAS for PACS with less than 300,000 studies per year. The company also nabbed the highest ranking for best universal viewer and vendor neutral archive.
Infinitt Cardiology Suite claimed the top spot for cardiology imaging solutions.
Also in the cardiology space, Merge by Merative Merge Hemo was awarded best for cardiology hemodynamics.
Best Image Exchange went to Microsoft PowerShare.
