NDS Surgical Names New Chief Technology Officer

NDS Surgical, a leader in medical imaging informatics based in Silicone Valley, recently named Peter M. Steven, MD to the role of Chief Technology Officer. During his time at NDS, Steven was “instrumental in the design and development of the first diagnostic LCD displays for radiology. He also played a leading role in the development of the first auto-calibrating medical flat panel display, and has published numerous papers on the subject,” according to a company press release. Steven replaces retiring CTO Ron Hansen.
