Radisphere Picks Cranny as Radiology Medical Director at East Cooper Medical Center

Radisphere, one of the largest radiology groups in the United States, announced that they have hired Jennifer Ruth Cranny, MD, as onsite medical director of radiology at East Cooper Medical Center in Mount Pleasant, SC. Cranny now leads a diverse team of more than 40 subspecialists from musculoskeletal radiology, neuroradiology, body imaging, women’s Imaging, and emergency department radiology, according to the press release. Cranny specializes in breast imaging, and was previously the director of women’s imaging at Imaging Specialists of Charleston in Mount Pleasant, SC. Cranny is certified by the American Board of Radiology. She acquired her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, completed her radiology residency at Baylor College of Medicine, and is a member of multiple radiological societies, including the Society of Breast Imaging and National Consortium of Breast Centers.
