Expert on entrepreneurship to deliver keynote address at RLI conference

The American College of Radiology (ACR) announced this week that Leonard A. Schlesinger, DBA, MBA, Harvard Business School professor, will deliver the keynote address at the ACR Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI) Summit.

Schlesinger is an “entrepreneurship expert” and the author of a new book, What Great Service Leaders Know and Do: Creating Breakthroughs in Service Firms. His address is scheduled for Sept. 9.

“This year’s dynamic keynoter has addressed issues of strategy, service quality, customer satisfaction, entrepreneurship, human resources and organizational change for more than 200 major corporations, non-profit organizations, governments and international leadership organizations around the world,” Frank J. Lexa, MD, MBA, RLI chief medical officer, said in a prepared statement. “The annual summit is the flagship RLI event for radiologists and allied health professionals to come together with their peers and colleagues to gain the critical nonclinical skills they need to succeed in our rapidly changing health care system.”

The ACR RLI Summit takes place Sept. 8-11 at Babson College in Wellesley, Mass. Online registration is open now. More information is available on the RLI website.
