Solis Mammography opens 4 new imaging centers

Solis Mammography continues to expand in 2026, with the opening of four new imaging centers since last month. 

In the latest move, the Addison, Texas-based breast imaging provider—one of the 10 largest in the U.S.—is opening a new Denver metro area outpost. Run in partnership with HCA HealthONE Rose, part of the largest hospital system in the U.S., the center is situated in Westminster, Colorado, marking its fourth in the Denver area. 

Solis said Aug. 6 that the location will offer 3D mammography, scanners designed for patient comfort, and AI services such as Mammo+Heart. The latter charges women extra to scan their breast images for breast arterial calcification, a possible signal of increased risk for cardiovascular disease. 

“As we continue to grow our presence in Colorado, we’re providing more access to comprehensive breast health to the women who call this community home,” said Lisa Ashby, CEO of Solis Mammography, said in a statement. “With each new center, we’re able to advance our mission of early detection and save more lives.”

Meanwhile, Solis also announced the opening of another center on Aug. 5 in Raleigh, North Carolina. This marks the third location in the Raleigh-Durham geography and seventh in North Carolina. And finally, Solis announced the rollout of two more centers in Florida last month. One is in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, marking its first foray into the Sarasota metro area. The other is in Wellington, Florida, altogether totally 15 locations in the Sunshine State. 

Founded in 1986 and backed by TowerBrook Capital, Solis now spans over 170 communities, billing itself as the “nation’s largest independent provider of specialized breast health services.”
