Solis Mammography expanding joint-venture partnership with Jefferson Health
Breast imaging provider Solis Mammography is expanding its joint-venture partnership with Jefferson Health, the two announced Monday.
The radiology organization said it plans to open two new imaging centers in the communities of Cinnaminson, New Jersey, and Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Altogether, Addison, Texas-based Solis Mammography now serves over 170 communities across the U.S., including greater Philadelphia, since 2018.
Both centers will offer AI-integrated 3D mammography and SmartCurve imaging systems designed to maximize comfort, with the Pennsylvania facility also delivering diagnostic mammograms and breast ultrasound.
"We're excited about these new locations and what they mean for the communities we serve across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, bringing high-quality, personalized care closer to home," Baligh Yehia, MD, president of Philadelphia-based Jefferson Health, said in statement Nov. 2. "These centers expand access to advanced mammography and leading diagnostic technology, making it easier for patients to get the care they need, when and where they need it."
This follows a series of previous Solis expansions in 2026. The company entered the state of South Carolina in September via a partnership with HCA Healthcare and launched four additional centers over the summer across Colorado, North Carolina and Florida. Definitive Healthcare recently labeled Solis as one of the three largest imaging center corporations in the U.S., behind only RadNet and the US Oncology Network.
Founded in 1986 and backed by TowerBrook Capital, Solis bills itself as the “nation’s largest independent provider of specialized breast health services.”
"We're thrilled to partner with Jefferson Health once again to increase access to comprehensive breast care for women across greater Philadelphia and South Jersey," Lisa Ashby, CEO of Solis, said in Monday’s announcement. "With the opening of these two centers, we can deliver the same exceptional experience to patients in two convenient new locations, making mammograms easier to access for more women in these communities."
