Author shadows radiologist for her latest book

Bestselling author Carolyn Jourdan shadowed a radiologist in a teaching hospital for a week, using that experience for her new book, Talking to Skeletons: Behind the Scenes with a Radiologist.

Jourdan lost her full-time job at 58 and decided to publish her work through Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing. She has since had multiple books on the Wall Street Journal bestsellers list.

Examiner.com interviewed Jourdan about both her life and her experience with “indie publishing.” Click below to read the full interview.
